Allow split tab by item to include splitting an individual item, so for example, customer has 4 tastings, 1 cheese board and 1 salad- they wanted one person to cover 2 of the tastings and half the cheese board, the other person was going to cover the remainder. So allow the 1 cheeseboard to be added half to one bill and half to another using split items.
