Club: Add the ability to set an incentive for your staff that tracks and pays out a specific dollar or percentage of each club sale based on the club. Each club can have its incentive (e.g., $10 per Club A, $30 per Club B, $40 per Club C sale).
Retail: For retail sales, pay a percentage (e.g., 5%) for bottle sales to go.
