Enable text messaging to members

I'd like to see the number of wines in club orders that are still marked as "hold for pickup." So for example, the lead wine of our last shipment was the McGrail 'Patriot' Cabernet Sauvignon. On the products page you can see that 205 were sold. I'd like to see another column that represents how many of those orders including that wine are still marked as 'Hold for Pickup' so we have a realtime understading of our club liabiliites.

Edit/add inventory on Product Detail Screen during New product creation. This is available once a product is created but when creating a net new product it would be nice to also add the inventory during creation - as for some things it is known at this point in time.

Allow Coupon Code to be restricted to POS or E-Commerce Only Use and allow for them to be hidden from POS drop down
