Automate the process for shipping large orders in multiple boxes

Allow for customer creation with less required information ideally just Name and Email, so we can still maintain history of POS orders for non-members as well as track industry partners and add to our mailing list based on customers in the Tasting Room. Today the required fields are also a blocker to correcting any information a customer entered at checkout for their name and email address, when we go in to edit this info the required fields block us from only correcting this info.

In some situations it is not necessary to ask for date of birth, just have checkbox on POS that states customer is over 21.

Sell online event and make it include 20% auto ti gratuity. On checkout have 20% tip included and not allow it to be removed. Add "This event includes gratuity. Thank you for supporting our dedicated team!"
